What you put in your body is crucial for your physical and mental well-being. A healthy diet protects you against many chronic diseases. This service includes online video calls with information and tips on healthy balanced diets and the importance of hydration. Health Workshops are available for everyone. Also, you can book a nutritional consultation with one of us to discuss your goals and how to realize them.
YOGA SESSIONS
As some of you may know, yoga has a tremendous amount of both physical and mental benefits. This service includes Vinyasa Yoga Practice. It will guide you through a new state of being. It's not just about yoga but also about finding your inner peace and being able to disconnect from any mental distractions. This service offers drop in yoga classes. We also offer personal yoga classes online or face to face.
START YOUR AWAKENING
This service is to help you to see life differently. This is a spiritual experience that will guide you to your true self. I will teach you how to work your light with crystals, oracle cards, sage, guided meditation, journaling and more with online formation and guidance.
Virtual workshops will be available bi-weekly for everyone. You will have the opportunity to connect with a beautiful community.  We also offer personal healing treatments. During these treatments we will tap into your energy and balance your chakras so you can find the proper guidance.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONNING PROGRAM
Whether you are a professional athlete or a person who just discovered working out, this program has an unlimited number of benefits. Getting regular exercise can positively impact your physical and mental health. It also promotes the release of proven feel good chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin.Â
We offer many services like workout sessions, summer bootcamps and personalized programs. All the services can be private or in groups. Come and give it a try and see it for yourself!
GUA SHA FACIAL
It's time to take care of yourself and make you a priority in your life. This facial treatment offers you many benefits such as increased circulation and improved lymphatic function, resulting in a naturally dewy, glowing skin.
