Food makes a huge difference in your life and highly contributes to your mood.
One of the first things to change, if you want to grow and vibrate higher is what you put inside your body. The first thing you put in your body in the morning will affect your energy for the rest of the day so make sure you choose your first meal wisely.
Little reminder for you. When you are at the grocery store you will want to do the majority of your shopping around the perimeter. This is where you will find all the superfoods. Avoid the aisles and the processed food and that will be a good start to reach higher vibrations.
You will see a significant difference within a week. Aim for progression not perfection, but if you still enjoy your coffee/cigarette combo for breakfast it’s time to grow ! 🪴
