Just like Rachel, my journey has been quite refreshing. I come from an athletic background and competed in a wide range of sports, including hockey where I was fortunate enough to play at a semi-professional level in both Europe and the U.S.A. I’ve always had a passion for sports and competition. I am currently working towards these six certifications. Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Exercise Recovery Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Health Coach.
Unfortunately, I lost myself throughout my 20’s due to the disease of alcoholism and substance abuse. Luckily, I had my awakening and found the true Olivier in me. I can proudly say that I have been living a sober life for two years now. I have been taking my fitness, nutrition and well-being very seriously since then, with a tremendous amount of discipline. Since my sobriety, running, cycling, hockey and strength and conditioning have been my primary disciplines. I have never felt this mentally, physically and emotionally strong. I’ve shown courage, vulnerability and faced my demons.
The process wasn’t easy, and still isn’t and most likely never will be, but it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I am seeing life with a fresh pair of eyes now. The fog has been lifted and the sky is the limit!
I am now at a point where I want to motivate, encourage and help people live a healthy and meaningful life so full potential can be reached and exploited.
Can't wait to work with you!
